Flexible cancellation
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival.
If you cancel outside this period or do not show up at the hotel, you will be charged for the first night.
Reservations with a non-refundable rate cannot be changed or cancelle.
Reservation payment
When making the reservation, the amount for the first night will be charged via secure virtual payment terminal.
If you choose a non-refundable rate, the full amount of the booking will be charged at the time of confirmation.
The price does not include the Tourist tax of €0.66 per person per day (maximum 7 days) for guests aged 16 and over, payable directly at the hotel upon arrival.
