Hotel Rosaleda, as the data controller of this website and in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), as well as Law 34/2002, of July 11 (LSSICE), has implemented policies, technical and organizational measuress to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the personal data of its users.
If the data provided by the user is necessary for the Hotel Rosaleda team to: i) respond to queries or requests for information; ii) manage reservations and provide the contracted services; iii) provide access to certain functionalities of the website; or iv) carry out those activities of Hotel Rosaleda related to the management of the stay, the user will be informed of the mandatory data, indicating which ones are necessary to process their request.
